I absolutely cringe when I get a phone call like this! My always vibrant and happy May bride was crushed this morning to learn that her computer recently CRASHED in the middle of a photo montage project that she was working on. The Dell Laptop was erasing files as she watched in horror. Computer Gurus EVERYWHERE, send some lucky dust to my bride in West Virginia! Lesson be learned by all....BACK UP YOUR HARD DRIVE! Not only did she lose alot of wedding planning pages, from spreadsheets to her address list, but her fiance's school work and super rare pictures! NO BUENO! I want to believe from watching 20/20 and CSI that when a computer crashes that it never REALLY erases and loses ALL memory! I hope I'm right!

BACK UP YOUR COMPUTER!!
